My Alpha doesn’t show up in Find an Alpha

Alpha not online, Alpha not posted, missing in Find an Alpha, Try Alpha, TryAlpha, publish

Updated over a week ago

If your Alpha isn’t showing up on the TryAlpha website in the "Find an Alpha" directory, let’s check a few things:

1 - Do you have a current Alpha registered? If not, and you are the primary Course Administrator, please log in to your country's Alpha website and create a new Alpha.

2 - Did you fill out all the details under What's Next tab > Make your Alpha public ?

Make sure you type in your Alpha name, email for enquiry, Alpha location, start date and time and then click "Make your Alpha public". This will add your Alpha on the TryAlpha page!

Please note: It takes approximately 30 minutes for a new Alpha to be processed and to show up on the "Find an Alpha" page. Thanks for your patience!

3 - Did you choose the correct time range: starting in 1 month, 3 months, 6 months

Alphas will only be posted on the TryAlpha page for 3 weeks after the start date. We don't want new guests to be added to groups that have already bonded. Consider hosting a new Alpha if there is more interest!

4 - Did you enter a location?

For online Alphas, please type in a city and province at the very least. We want guests to join an Alpha in their time zone.

For an in-person Alpha, please type in the correct postcode of your location. If you added a description beside the address (eg. "go to basement"), Google Maps will not recognize it. You can add these details in the notes section below the map as shown in the example below.

5 - Did your Alpha start more than 4 weeks ago?

Alphas are removed from the TryAlpha website four weeks after the start date. It's not ideal for guests to join if they missed the first few foundational videos. Small groups will have bonded and built rapport with each other, so a new guest might change the dynamics.

If you are still unable to see your Alpha, contact us by visiting your local National Alpha Office website and we'd be happy to help you!
